Company history

2020

Foundation of P&P Living GmbH with a focus on residential real estate. Expansion of the "Residential" portfolio with two large acquisitions (1,000 apartments). The Group starts joint ventures in Berlin and Leipzig to expand its footprint and makes joint purchases in these regions. First corporate investments are made. FLAIR Fürth is to set new standards in the areas of experience shopping, gastronomy & events.

2019

Completion of strategic restructuring. Sale of the capital investor property development business, including individual sales and technical expertise, to a joint venture consisting of a private equity fund and another company. The Group achieves a transaction volume of 260.000.000 euros.

Commitment out of solidarity

With the foundation, we would like to stand up for people who need special protection, who are on the fringes of society, for example. Improving the living conditions for future generations through our support is a mission that is close to our hearts and enjoys the highest priority.

The P&P Foundation VITA exclusively pursues charitable and non-profit purposes. However, the foundation also aims to initiate and develop its own projects and thereby become active at the grassroots level itself.

The consequences of global warming are becoming increasingly tangible.

The success of emission reductions depends to a large extent on the voluntary and consistent trade of the economy in the industrialized countries.

Thus, P&P Group GmbH also acts out of conviction and takes responsibility for your environment. Our company is one of the first in our industry to voluntarily overcompensate its emissions according to the "Clean Development Mechanism".
